关于上周五(8月5日)，卓越游戏的紧急发布会(《我叫MT3》紧急发布会：有些事情总要摊开来说)，我想很多人都知道，事情起因源于，网易一纸诉状，起诉了卓越的《我叫MT3》，称《我叫MT3》抄袭了网易旗下《梦幻西游》的UI等设计。卓越通过种种举例、论证，说明市面上抄袭作品多，市面上有多少游戏都是抄了当年的《我叫MT》，也指出网易自己就存在抄袭行为，不过似乎效果并不好，网友对于事态的关心程度，甚至还比不上对于卓越PPT制作水平的吐槽热情高。邢山虎微博也曾放话说即使网易有撤稿行为，下周(也就是这周)，他要让网易撤稿都没用。
就在今天，《我叫MT3》的官网发布了一条名为“卓越游戏实名向苹果举报网易：歧视苹果用户 偷取苹果利益 ”的公告，文章中用各种证据与例子，向苹果指正网易存在欺骗消费者行为，游戏内购存在，平台不同，收费不同的现象，以下为卓越游戏公告原文：
Dear Apple Inc,
尊敬的苹果公司：
We, Beijing LocoJoy Technology co.,Ltd, are writing to complaint about the game app Fantasy Western Journey (Interchange IOS Version)(梦幻西游互通版in Chinese, Apple ID:1123626556) violating the developer rules of Apple App store and impairing friendly experience of apple users, as it induces players to bypass the recharge system of Apple by providing a hidden recharge system within the game in order to steal incomes that should have been earned by Apple Inc. The acts of Fantasy Western Journey (Interchange IOS Version) and its developer shave severely perplexed other developers. Please take-down Fantasy Western Journey (Interchange IOS Version)and remove its developer from your developer system in accordance with your developer rules.
我们代表北京乐动卓越科技有限公司，向苹果公司举报一款近期上线的游戏APP《梦幻西游互通版》(Apple ID:1123626556)涉嫌违反苹果应用商店的开发者规则，伤害了苹果用户的感受，并试图在游戏内通过隐藏的充值方式诱导玩家绕过苹果公司的充值系统，盗取本应属于苹果公司的收入。该款游戏及其开发者的行为对其他开发者造成了严重困扰，请苹果公司根据苹果应用商店的开发者规则，将该款游戏APP下架，并将该款游戏APP的开发者从苹果应用商店的开发者系统中除名。

1. Fantasy Western Journey (Interchange IOS Version)allows players to recharge in its PC version. In the PC version ofFantasy Western Journey, players can buy “point card” and exchange it for “energy”, which can be then exchanged for‘Dreamland key’ in the IOS version, where a “Dreamland key” can be converted into one hour for playing in the IOS version. By creating the above recharge loophole, the developer of Fantasy Western Journey (Interchange IOS Version) successfully bypass the payment system of Apple App Store and avoids to pay Apple Inc.the 30% of the game’s income.

Some players posted their calculation of the different prices, some directly told other players not to purchase in Apple app store. The players’ reactions have verified our complaint.

In conclusion, we believe that Fantasy Western Journey (Interchange IOS Version)has violated the developer rules of Apple App Store, and will cause enormous economic loss to Apple Inc. by inducing players to buy point card in the PC version through setting up different price systems and the interchange system between the PC version and IOS version, in order to bypass the payment system of Apple App Store. If such acts are not prohibited, the credibility of App Store Review Guidelines might be questioned, and it is unfair to other developers. Please take-down Fantasy Western Journey (Interchange IOS Version) as soon as possible, and removeits developer from your developer system.
综上，我们认为《梦幻西游互通版》通过设置PC版本和IOS版本之间的兑换机制，在两个版本中设定不同的价格，诱导玩家从PC版本购买游戏点卡用于IOS版本，故意绕开苹果商店的支付系统，涉嫌违反《苹果应用商店审核指南》中的开发者规则，将导致苹果公司遭受巨大经济损失。《梦幻西游互通版》违反开发者规则的行为如不被禁止，将有损苹果商店规则在开发者中的权威性，对其他严格遵守规则的开发者极为不公平。我们恳请苹果公司尽快将违规的《梦幻西游互通版》游戏下架，并将该款游戏的开发者从苹果应用商店开发者系统中除名。
